 The Grand Marais RV Park and Campground and Recreation Area offers a modern RV park and campground, municipal marina and public park which frames the entire western shore of the harbor and the bluffs beyond. Features include over a mile of public cobblestone beach, Sweetheart's Bluff Nature Area (now featuring the "all-access" Lake Loop Trail, built with ADA in mind) and 300 camping sites ranging from wooded, primitive spots to full hook-up with 50 amp and Wi-Fi. A variety of campsites are available through State Parks, Forest Service and private campgrounds. Dispersed campsites, which offer a wilderness experience without actually entering the BWCAW, are located at several of the inland lakes in the Superior National Forest.
